HPR

An association of Colorado clubs have formed the Colorado Amateur Motorsports Associates (CAMA) for the purpose of developing a new race track, High Plains Raceway.

I am concerned about accessibility - existing tracks in Colorado frequently have no accessible parking, no accessible routes, no accessible restrooms, no access to spectator areas, and certainly no access to the control tower and timing and scoring areas.

I’m using this page as a notebook to keep track of my efforts to ensure accessibility is designed and built into this race track project from the ground up. This will save the organization money by ensuring that access doesn’t have to be retrofit later. This will enable more people, both spectators and participants, to be part of this race track.
