    2 oranges
    1 apple
    1 appricot
    1 bosc pear
    1 container of yogurt
    1 container of tomatoe juice
    1 pint of blueberries
    1 pint of cherry tomatoes
    2 cups of coffee
    1 small chicken kiev
    … you should see dinner!

    PS, re my “meal” being mdmhvonpa’s “warmup” - I’ve lost almost 50 pounds in the last two years, and I want to keep it that way.

    Yes, let’s start a movement. We’ll call it the “just reduce your portion sizes, eat more fruits and veggies and less crap and you will lose weight” diet craze.

    Regarding the 50 lbs., Katja, way to go!
