Hair
Three years ago, my hair was below the shoulders.
Two years ago, after I lost 40 pounds, I got it cut in a chin length bob.
Last month I got it cut in a kind of bushy mid-short cut that I couldn’t really get used to.
So tonight, I went and got it cut very, very, very short. I’m very excited about it.
My husband, always a long-hair man, said, “What makes you think that’s even remotely attractive?”
Luckily I don’t depend on him for validation.

When I washed it and just let it dry, it came out kind of bushy, but Bedhead something or other to the rescue!

He’s a trip. I’m giving him a hard time, but reminding him that in the dark, he doesn’t have to see the hair…
Whoa! Although I have been known to hand out pretty severe penances for insensitivity, blinding him sounds a little extreme…
I like it! I’m a short haired girl myself. I think it just takes time to get used to change and maybe he’s just not quick on the uptake.
The dog is pretty damn cute too.
